If you love exercise like me or even if you are new to exercise and need a little help getting motivated this amazing app is for you. I love that the voice talks to you and tells you what exercise you are supposed to do as well as counting down once the timer hits 3. The automated voice allows me to focus ok the exercise and not constantly be looking at my phone to see how much time I have left. Definitely an amazing app that provides a solid variety of exercises to get a full body workout. Download and try today you will be glad you did!
This is great
If you are looking to tone it up and get that bikini body ready for summer, this app is for you. It has so many workouts and training techniques to help you get fit.
