Horrible layout and super confusing. Doesn’t even seem accurate. They don’t even have an option to add inches to your height. Waste of time to download
I just entered the info that I am 5'7", currently weigh 218 and set my goal weight at 160. This program set my optimum weight at 361.
In addition to the spelling typos I found in this app, I see their math is completely wrong, too. Why on Earth would I or anyone else trust this app to help me with my weight management? ?
