Awesome

I just started we on Tuesday, almost a week. I don't know what the problems people are talking about. I have never had any problems so far. Only had to log in once when I first downloaded the app. Sometimes if your device is old or your close to your max data on your device you will have problems with some apps in general, I'm saying this from experience, I just recently upgraded my iPad to a iPad Pro 12.9 inch from my 3rd generation iPad, and have an iPhone 7plus upgrading from my old iPod 3rd generation that only went up to iOS 6.
But right now I'm happy with this app. I guess there are always features that could be added. 1 I would like to see is if somehow local restaurants that aren't a chain restaurant somehow be added to the app so we could know the points for their food. For example in Buffalo New York area we have a restaurant called The Original Pancake House, the local owner has 3 locations, My favorite breakfast restaurant. As I think of other features I would like to see I'll write. Do you have an official FB page? Maybe then we could put comments to help make improvements with the app.

It's a greata app for me!

When WW gave me the pop up box to ask if I wanted to write a review, I accepted, fully intending to give it 5 stars. Then I read some of the criticisms of the app and I see that improvements need to be made on some aspects of it. That is why I bumped the rating down a notch.
As to how well it works for you depends on what parts of it you rely on. The more parts of it you rely on, the more opportunities there are for you to find fault and I hope that WW can fix and/or improve the areas where people find the weaknesses.
Speaking for myself, I love this app. I use it daily to journal my food and I am happy with that aspect of it. One review suggests that even that part of it is not always accurate, but my experience has not shown that. Apparently for me, even if it is not always perfect, it must be close enough (not that I am suggesting that it shouldn't be fixed) because I am losing weight and I am thrilled with that.
I do not attend meetings and absolutely love being able to do WW online. This app is a tool and a lifeline and, without question, for me is the difference between losing weight and gaining weight!

I have read a few of the reviews & agree with the main points. I am giving it a 3, because without it, tracking for an iPhone junky like me would be handicapped. It needs work. It crashes, especially after logging in new weight at WW. Saving my meals each day needs tweaking for better options of saving food eaten that day & a serving size or amount needs to be easier to edit. Another issue is Activity. From moderate activity to intense or high activity points jump ahead in fit points by more than double the amount. An inaccurate account, to say the least. On the positive side it helps me track & be more mindful of how I like to "graze" rather than take the time to prepare a balanced meal. Another good point is their promotion to eat fresh food & provide recipes for those who enjoy cooking. I do not like to cook & WW offers suggestions on ways to eat out & still reduce fat & sugar by ordering better. After 6 weeks I have lost close to 14 pounds. I intend to continue until my 3 months are complete & then I'm switching to a modified Paleo diet, which is similar to WW anyway. Thanks to all who read my post. I hope that it helps in some small way.
