I wanted to lose weight. I used to weigh about 180 pounds. At 5 feet 7 inches, I wasn’t obese, but I wasn’t happy with my weight. Maybe about average for an audience member of the Dr. Oz show. But I wanted to be slim, like Dr. Oz himself!
I realized I couldn’t just prepare earnest, boring salads, brimming with lettuce leaves, carrots and broccoli. These are great foods, and chock full of vitamins, but I wanted more substance.
To lose weight you have to eat tasty meals. Too much rabbit food and you’ll find yourself giving up and making frequent visits to McDonald’s.
I realized it would all have to start at the supermarket. Most people who want to lose weight go to the supermarket and buy the same foods they always buy. Then they try to eat less of the same foods. That doesn’t work very well. I had to stop doing the same thing. I had to stop buying normal, fat and calorie-laden ingredients.
I chose about fifty favorite healthy meals and stocked up on the ingredients. I would wander down some aisles and congratulate myself on not buying all that processed stuff.
It worked! I lost about 25 pounds in six months. I haven’t gained it back. My family and I eat natural, nutritious meals. Now I want to share with you how these using these recipes transformed my life and how they can transform yours.

Good for what it is!
This is a recipe book. Has some good recipes, not a ton of them- but whats there is quality and inventive. I figure that you could buy an ebook or paper recipe book for 10 times the price! This not the only app you need while on WW, but it is a nice supplement. However, i do wish the author would add some breakfast recipes.
It's not for me.
Recipes don't even look appetizing, only 5 desert recipes. Not one chocolate one. I might cook one out of them all but there just isn't very many. Id say skip
It. Not really worth 99 cents. Hope they are working on some updates.
Not a lot of recipes here, and the ones that are included don't look too appetizing. If you click on "meat" or 'Poultry" there are no recipes at all. Wouldn't be a bad app if there were a lot more recipes added to it. Right now a waste of .99.
