The Wells Fargo CEO Mobile iPhone app delivers mobile versions of services you have through the CEO portal. With the CEO Mobile iPhone app, you can easily monitor account balances and transactions, initiate and approve outgoing payments, deposit checks, receive alerts about critical transactions, manage commercial cards, and more. It has never been easier to access your accounts and perform critical tasks while you are away from the office, traveling for business, or on the go. The CEO Mobile app will save you time by alerting you when there are items requiring your attention. You can also review and approve transactions even when you don’t have your RSA SecurID® token.

Sign on with your CEO portal credentials or enroll in CEO Mobile biometrics for a password-less experience.* It is quick and easy to get started and there are no additional fees.** Simply type “Wells Fargo CEO Mobile” in the Apple App store search field to get started.

Please note, customers with personal and small business accounts with Wells Fargo should download the Wells Fargo Mobile iPhone app for easy access to those accounts.

Worst app ever!

I’ve only used a couple apps for expense reporting. Unfortunately this is the one I have to use at the moment. Only because my company uses WF cards. This app is virtually useless. Takes about 5 minuets to attach one receipt because the app is slow, won’t let you do but one task at a time, and crashes a lot!

Their website isn’t much better, it’s the 21st century and the best option Wells Fargo has to report expenses is sending in a fax or email with all the receipts taped to a piece of paper. From there I don’t know what happens to them....

Best of Luck if this app is the only option for you. Hopefully the multi billion dollar company will spend some time and hire a high school kid to design a better user interface.

Can't paste passwords and still no Touch ID

I can't stand Wells Fargo removing the ability to paste in your password. Do you know how difficult it is to paste in a 12+ digit alphanumeric passcode with special characters and without the ability to "Show" password? Virtually impossible. No quick access to password managers either. I still don't understand why they had not enabled touch ID. It is promising to see that "selected customers only" can now use eye print scanning however it doesn't help most customers.

It’s glitchy, slow, and terrible. I attach the clearest possible pictures of the checks to deposit and they almost always fail. It’s gotten to the point where we sometimes have to go to a physical branch to deposit checks because the app won’t take the pictures for whatever reason. This is the only system my company uses to deposit checks and it’s a joke. I wish they’d change over to a different one but that probably won’t happen. If you can avoid this app, do it. Not worth the frustration at all.
