I gave it one star because I have to give it something
Other banks on their apps have had replace my card feature for years and then I logged on today and noticed WF finally had that feature so I decide to try it out what could possibly go wrong well my bank card is now frozen I got on the phone with customer service they couldn't even replace my card and then I was told I would be transferred to a bank branch after spending about 10 minutes on the phone with customer service it rings once and then straight to a busy signal this is ridiculous apps are supposed to make your life easier not freeze out your Bank card and I can't even get anybody on the phone moral of the story is fix your app and bank in general or I'm going to change banks
Mobile check deposit difficult to use
The latest update made the mobile check deposit a lot more difficult to use. The camera auto capture doesn't work well (image is not clear and/or it will not take the pic). The manual camera capture's button to take the photo requires that I press the button multiple times before it will take the pic. The font of the UI is also very small now. The brokerage account feature does not provide the same features as the desktop website (eg, a single page view with all unrealized gains/losses)
Poor use of the app world
I guess this app saves a trip to the ATM and you can check or send money to other accounts but so much more is to be expected.
Issues:
1). No notifications: this is really annoying for instance if there's a over charge and your account goes negative you should get notified but they send you a $35 charge on your account. And there lots of other befits in adding notifications like knowing when money is received or payments are cleared.
2). Bad graphics: for looks this app is really sad it looks like iOS 6 graphics. The set up is find but the pictures are not clear at all and for a bank that's really sad.
3). Poor functionally: I should be able to add or remove accounts.
This is just a start on things they can improve on.
