Mobile Deposit still flaky
This app in general is pretty barebones- simply the essential functionality you need for banking on the go. The single most frustrating feature is mobile deposit, with which Wells Fargo continues to torture customers. The automatic image taking is super trigger happy in this latest release, so much that it takes blurry images of your check. Even when you retake the images and they are in focus, it takes forever to upload the images to their server just to get the "amounts do not match" error and you have to start over from the start. Really? It takes me 2-3 attempts to deposit a single check - I have deposited 300+ check with mobile banking apps and this one is by far the worst.
Mobile deposit broken
Mobile deposit, which used to be very finicky, requiring multiple attempts to make it work, has completely stopped working. The mobile deposit screen opens a new screen so I can select the appropriate bank acct to deposit to, but once I select the account nothing happens except for a green check mark appearing on the selected account- end of transaction. Please fix this app. Wells Fargo ought to have the money and people power to create a functioning app - come on folks!
Adequate for viewing balances, but missing some core functionality:
-- Touch ID is not implemented
--Bill Pay defaults to pay immediately, you have no option from the initial screen to schedule for the bill due date or even a future date. You have to edit it right after you pay a bill to change the date. App should allow you to change the pay date initially without taking this extra step.
