Great for staying in the moment!
I have tried many meditation apps and this has been the best by far in helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia. I especially love the body scan meditations. I did purchase a monthly subscription for 4.99 which has more meditation options available, and it is worth every penny for my peace of mind. The only issue I have is that I wish they had some longer meditations, as currently the longest one is 20 minutes. It is still incredible and I no longer have to take sleeping pills to help me fall asleep. Thank you!!!

This app is clear, easy to navigate. Options range from approximately 5 minutes to 15 minutes. Listening options also cover many different needs and topics. Many apps like this available, honestly chose this one to try first since it was about 1/2 the cost of others recommended. I've since subscribed, use it daily, and am pleased with my choice.
Amazing App definitely helps you be mindful
I wanted to commit to meditating for a long time but could not find the right app or book to draw me in. I love Welzen, they explain the process and purpose of each meditation and definitely make it easy to stick with the practice because you feel the difference after a session. I'm looking forward to more meditations being added to the app!
