Our Mobile Banking App allows WESTconsin Credit Union members to access their accounts using their existing WESTconsin Online banking username and password login. In order to pay bills with your mobile device, you also need to be registered for bill pay. Because of the variety of vendors and data plans, we encourage you to check with your mobile service provider for details on specific fees and charges for accessing the Mobile App.
For your safety and security, all information is encrypted and login information, including passwords, are never stored. If your mobile device becomes lost or stolen, you can quickly deactivate access to your account by logging into WESTconsin Online using a computer and changing your password. You may also contact our Service Center at (800) 924-0022 for further assistance.
Quick Balance allows you to swipe down from the login page of WESTconsin’s Mobile App and view your account balances and last 5 transactions without the need to login. By enabling Quick Balance any person with access to your device will have access to your WESTconsin account balances. You are responsible for the security and safeguarding of your mobile device. The use of Quick Balance signifies you acknowledge these terms have been accepted by one or more of the persons who established the subject account with us. You are responsible for all transfers and/or transactions performed with Quick Balance and agree not to hold WESTconsin liable for any errors. If you are not comfortable with these terms we suggest you not enable Quick Balance and resort to using your username and password to gain access to your account thru this mobile device.
Touch ID allows you to use your fingerprint to login securely instead of entering your username and password. Your username and password will not be stored on this device. By enabling Touch ID, every person with an enrolled fingerprint on this device will have access to your WESTconsin account. We suggest reviewing the enrolled fingerprints to make sure that each person is authorized to access the personal and financial information available in this app. Fingerprints are only stored on your device and WESTconsin’s app does not see or store your fingerprint information during the authentication process. You are responsible for safeguarding your mobile device. The use of Touch ID signifies you acknowledge these terms have been accepted by one or more of the persons who established the subject account with us. You are responsible for all transfers and/or transactions performed with Touch ID and agree not to hold WESTconsin liable for any errors. I moved away for college so I'm not anywhere near a Westconsin, so I love how easy it is to transfer money and manage my account on my phone! The app is very well made and easy to navigate as well.
