Every time the app updates it erases your log in information and locks you out due to too many attempts which then causes you to have to physically go into a branch to check your balance. Or call and speak to someone provided they are open, which in my case was Veterans Day weekend they decided to update the app.
Cant sign in
Ever since i've updated to this app i cannot sign in. I use the same info and pin but it takes a long time then kicks me back out to my home screen.

Downloaded app tried and tried to long in but keep getting an error due to, too many attempts 😡 same info as online account??
