Ratings and Reviews
Great for me.
For me, reinforces what I already know; I am a pretty normal guy but sometimes need a little extra care. I like the way the app is set up so that it keeps a history of my scores. Will be interesting to take the test form time to time and see if my scores remain constant during stressful times. If I notice a score oyut of range I'll be able to nip mood changes before they become a problem
Very easy to use. Doesn't take much time.
So I finally upgraded my apps and thank you for the better way to track my screens. It is now easier to review my past screens. Saw Healthline rated it a top app for mental health!. I am a nurse and having the score showing my mental status makes it really easy to see where I fit on a scale. I am going to see if we can try at work - thanks.
Fast and Interesting
A little more than I was looking for. I read about the app in USA Today where they discussed that based on your responses you get a overview of how much mental health stuff may be impacting your life. The number generated lined up with the reality that I have been upset and all over the board. My doctor said it was depression when this report shows that I have a medium chance of bipolar disorder. Thanks and will follow up.
