Wichita Report is a great tool for enabling the residents of Wichita to improve their neighborhood by reporting issues such as potholes, pavement markings, illegal dumping, and more.
The reports are automatically fed into the City's work order system so that they can be tracked and assigned to service teams. Users can follow the status of their requests from their device.
Please install the app and help us make Wichita a better place to live!
Do not use "WichitaReport" application to report emergencies. If a report concerns public safety, call 911 immediately to make notification of the concern. Reporting via the "WichitaReport" application is evaluated by city staff only during regular business hours. The City of Wichita makes no assurance of outcome by the use of the application in making a report submission.

Public works app
This app has a lot of potential but is far from where it should be before it was rolled out to the public. The scope of concerns available are limited and do not provide the user an understanding of what “City” department the are communicating to. There is a very good chance your report will go unresolved. Another issue is the Departments that most citizens have concerns for are non-participants because their data base isn’t set up to communicate to the app or the department made a decision not to participate in this project.
Hopefully he City of Wichita and the developer will work to improve the functionality and the participation of other departments to make this app all it has the potential to be.
Why can’t we pay are water bill on this app
Missing some key items
This app is a nice idea, but it's missing a couple of key reporting items- namely, the ability to report tall weeds & grass; and reporting abandoned vehicles on private property. Until those items are added, this app is pretty much useless for me.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
