Needs improvement
For the most part it does what I need it to. The only issue I ever have is the mobile deposit. It never seems to read amount on check, claiming amount I put doesn’t match when it does.
Functions well
I’ve had the app on my iPad for a few months and used it to check my accounts. I just downloaded it to my phone today and did a mobile deposit. The process was fast and easy. The check showed immediately in my account.
Overall I’m very happy with the app. Only reason to not give it 5 stars was some lack of functionality compared to the website - pending charges as well as the detail in the bill payer. But I really can’t complain that the website has more functionality. The star rating is closer to 5 than 4.
Phenomenal Mobile App!
I have the Getcash Card & two savings accounts and the mobile app works great. I can see my balances, manage my card, and do everything I need through my phone. Awesome app and works flawless for me!
