Don't confuse this app with Itunes WiFi Sync
Firstly, the app doesn't claim to be, Itunes Wifi sync, but I had wondered if the interance of IOS5, brought the ability to write to the IDevices library from an app. It looks like my hopes were to high. Firstly, The app does not show any music, currently within your music library, so, the thought of pulling these songs, off the device, or, streaming, from the device doesn't make any sence. You are able to brows to your IDevices local IP:8080, and see a page, with the ability to upload files, when you brows to, a file, and click upload, you get a, "page can not be displayed", in your browser, but the upload does seam to work. After uploading a track, you will be able to see this track, within the list of songs in the app, but not, in your music library. Honestly? I don't think it's worth it, not the $0.99 sence I paid, or, the work to upload a track, just to have that track within the app. Theirs not even multi file uploads, so uploading an entire album, highly unlikely. Again, don't confuse this for something it's not.
