User Review:
- As a user of Mac for the past 30years i think this app is like all the others a must have for all users. Keeps one in range of the signal at all times – by "Stoyles"

- It’s definitely not something you need, but it’s a utility that’s surprisingly useful and great to have. I bought this on a whim, I thought I’d try it out because I always felt the default WiFi menu was a bit lacking. It’s simple, but super effective in what it does and shows just the right amount of information. Great little inspiration from the iOS cell service indicator, and it looks and fits perfectly up on the menu bar. Having the name of the network feels right, and having the ability to show the strength as a percentage is pretty useful as well especially if you’re trying to figure out the best place to put your router in your home (Or to confirm just how bad it can be in some rooms). All in all it’s a really solid little app, totally recommended as a great quality of life update to your computer. Again, not something you necessarily need, but once you have it you kind of wonder why it wasn’t included with the OS in the first place – by "Voltali"

Perfect Addition to the Menu Bar

Living in a concrete house, this is extremely useful

MarmotRidge

Our house is concrete and even some internal structural walls are with concrete and rebar. I ended up with four routers to hand the attentuated signal strength and this app showed me some weak spots, helping me to move routers for better coverage. I have used it less in recent times because I now understand the coverage in the house but it still comes in handy when travelling. I use it when there is difficulty in getting some work done and the app indicated to me if the issue is signal strength.

OK, now I need to add a router out on the deck. GRINS

Simple but very useful

conradb212

Some things are eminently simple yet so very useful, and this app is one of them. All it does is show you what WiFi network you’re on and what its signal strength is (of course it also has a pulldown with a bunch of technical data that can come in very handy). So you always know at just a glance what network you’re on and what its signal strength is. Brilliant. Love it.
