Recipes 5 stars....but content too little
I love this app in so many ways...especially because the recipes are delicious, and it is great to have them at my fingertips when I'm shopping and cooking. (Even though they are duplicates of recipes in the "Wild Diet" book by Abel James).
I haven't had any technical issues, and really like the format of the app and the layout. Sure, it could be developed more and continuous improvements added. However, the one thing I have to say is that the content is lacking, and there have been no additional recipes since I purchased it year ago.
Abel James recommends another app that is a set of recipes compiled in collaboration with others, and the layout and ease of use are missing, and honestly, I had some that were horrible.
So many more good things could be done with this app. Abel James, when will you add more great recipes?!

I love this app! It works perfectly and hasn't crashed any like I know a lot of people have complained about. (Btw I have iOS 9.2 on iPhone 6s). The recipes in this are basically the same as in the Wild Diet book, but there is a picture with every recipe unlike the book. (There may be pics in the hardcover book but there are very few in my paperback version). I eat with my eyes first so the pics are important to me. I love the way you can change the serving size and it will update the ingredient list appropriately. And the shopping cart is a very nice feature. Very simple to use and highly, highly recommended!

I love this app! I can easily review recipes on my phone to get ideas for what to grab at the store. Today I forgot my list at home but searched for an app and thankfully there is one-saved my hide! I have popped into 10 recipes in a short period of time, no crashes.
There are a few additional recipes that I don't remember seeing in the 30 day meal plan, so that is a plus. I look forward to trying the new meals and seeing additional results. I am on week three, lost 5 pounds. Easiest way of eating ever.
