Willow® is the world’s first all-in-one wearable breast pump that cuts the cords, ditches the dangling bottles, and fits easily inside a bra. Mobile and hands-free, Willow allows women to achieve their breastfeeding goals without pressing pause on their own lives. Willow works quietly inside the bra, collects milk in an internal spill-proof bag, and tracks volume through the app. Now moms can move freely and do things—real things—while pumping.
The Willow App is for use exclusively with the Willow Wearable Breast Pump.
As Willow works inside your bra, the Willow App helps you keep tabs on your pumping progress. The app shows you how much milk you’ve pumped and how long you’ve been pumping on each side. It also displays your current phase and suction level, and lets you know when it’s time to recharge the pump.
ALERTS + NOTIFICATIONS:
The app will send updates to tell you what is happening while you pump. Turn on push notifications to stay informed even when you’re not in the Willow App.
Your entire pumping history is available in the app, so you can start to discover patterns in your milk production and meet your breastfeeding goals.
The Willow App connects to the Willow store to make stocking up on Milk Bags and accessories easy.

Ratings and Reviews
I’ve been using my Willow pump alongside the app for over 6 months now, and I’m so thankful I was able to get my hands on one. I used a traditional pump setup for my first, and as soon as I learned of Willow I knew I needed it for my second. I’m a working mom and do 3 12 hour shifts as an RN every week. I love having 4 days off to spend with my kids, but getting in enough pump sessions during such long workdays was challenging the first time around, and having the opportunity to do it right this time was wonderful. I have so much less to carry around, am not tethered to an outlet, and am able to walk around and catch up on charting while actively pumping. It’s nearly silent, I’ve pumped on conference calls, on planes, and in movie theaters. It’s small enough to tuck into my purse, and being able to pump into the bags directly reduces the amount of accessories you need to lug around with you substantially. The app has progressed as I’ve used it and works alongside the pumps to tell you exactly how much you’re pumping in real time, and keeps a log of your daily totals and battery power, too. Once you get the hang of using the Willow, it’s a breeze. It’s saved me so much time and there’s not much better than that when you’re a mom. Highly recommended!
This pump is a revelation. I’ve been giving PSAs in my mommy-and-me classes. It’s what the first iPhone was to cell phones. A complete game changer. No part is taken for granted. There isn’t a single Medela funnel from 1960 in sight. They really started from scratch and thought through what women actually need and what our lives are like. It’s expensive but I think this is the first generation and all I want to do is support them so it gets cheaper over time and available to more people. I’m fairly sure the Willow was actually designed by women who have pumped before- so that’s a first. I thought I would only use it in the car in between meetings but I also use it cooking or around the house so I can play with my older child instead of wasting time alone attached to tubes and cords.
The app needs work. It covered the basics at first. Lately it stops counting the time or freezes info on one side or both. Pretty annoying. The app should really be a home for all pumping and new baby activities and work well.
All and all- totally worth it and I highly recommend it for any mom on the go. Also the support staff and training program is really great.
Love it, lots of hopes for the future.
I have used a willow pump for the last 4 months of my pumping journey (months 10-14). Th app is awesome. I love the tracking and visibility of milk production.
My critiques revolve around some current limitations, which would be less impactful to someone with a more plentiful supply. I have had a low supply for the entirety of my pumping journey. I rely on being able to retrigger the expression mode after about 15 minutes of pumping. With willow (as of my last pump), you have to take the pump off and “complete” a cycle to then put back on and start it again. The flip to complete process adds a lot of air to the storage bag, which limits how much I can actually complete this process. This makes willow rather impractical for me and has prevented my full adoption of it as a pump replacement.
I look forward to feature improvements that would make this less of an impediment.
All of that being said this pump is a game changer. There is no easier way to drive, take calls, work, do laundry or care for my child while pumping. I love willow and am looking forward to the future.
