Ratings and Reviews
Needed bigger vehicle
Inconsistencies in using the app make it difficult if not impossible to get car size desired. When the driver I requested (with a large SUV) was not available, we were sent a driver with a much smaller (compact size) vehicle. We had 5 bags and a large tote, but there is no way to show more than 4 bags when requesting a ride. I have trouble getting my own legs in a compact car, let alone all our bags. Having such a surprise after a long trip and tiring day is disheartening.
Love the service, but app is terrible since “update”
I love being able to book rides in advance with friendly and courteous drivers with with clean and safe cars. But ever since the company “updated” the app a few months ago, it’s ALWAYS problematic. Very slow to refresh and push through the process, unintuitive interface, sometimes maps are screwy (like why default to Seattle area when I don’t live there?), now super slow to start and often crashes. Would have been better to just keep the old build, which worked reliably and was easy to use.
Problems with App
I’ve used the service before and never had a problem; nevertheless, I’m now having problems with the app wherein it doesn’t let me log into my account (nor does it actually open for that matter).
And so I’ve had to uninstall the app, re-download it, and reinstall it several times, but after the first login, it completely locks me out. Very frustrating and not reliable when traveling. I think I may need to cancel my booked ride from a computer before I regret it. It’s a shame...
