Good, but indoor air quality still doesn’t work
Like the NK105 and the Wi-Fi was easy to set up and has been solid. However, numerous interactions with technical support cannot seem to resolve the indoor air quality tracking (graph data). had me reset the unit (forced to use another login and email address), then indicated it was a server DB problem on their end. I have been trying to follow-up one month later to see if their end is resolved - no response after a week. The app works OK for everything except the indoor air quality tracking and don’t get an instantaneous data point (number), just good/bad rating.
After forced update purifier no longer linked to account
The setup process isn’t easy/reliable. No option to delay update - app became unusable once update was available. I set it up as a new owner two days ago. After updating I had to enter my login info again - which worked, but the purifier was no longer linked and I had to go through the whole setup process again and lost all indoor air quality history.
Seriously considering returning the unit if I can because the app experience has been so bad.
Please Update the App asap
Hr1000, never gets connected to device itself for control purposes. Did a reset, uninstalled the app, reset the wifi and tried those for more then 6 times or more. It never establishes a connection with machine. I can see the state of device. Which will say auto or night or whatever setting is on but can't control it at all. Why you guys sell a machine without a remote while your app absolutely doesn't work ??
