I'm surprised by all the one star reviews. I've been using this app for various robotics projects. Put your iPhone on a mobile robot. Write a quick desktop program to fetch the latest image from the URL and you have 1/2 of a tele-operated robot.
I don't think I've used an iPad app that was this terrible. I have no idea why the developer could not simply add a video format instead of uploading a picture to the web browser every second. Just a bad execution of a good idea. Please look elsewhere.
Paid 2$ and the recorded pictures don't display and when you access it from web browser, the app crashes. Basically not functional at all. Refunds? :(
