Say I have no WiFi or data when I clearly do!

I don’t know what went wrong but my App use to work just fine. Up until like 2 weeks ago. I went into a store and was going to check my Benefit Balance. It showed up a error message that I needed WiFi or my phone data network to be connected to the internet to be able to view the balance. I thought maybe it was because I was in the store so I had bad connection to my phone’s data network. I tried to remember off hand what I had left on my balance and grabbed only what I knew I had. I got home, checked the app again and it still shows me this message. It’s been 2 weeks now, it could have been this way for longer I just don’t know because I just first used the app 2 weeks ago to check my balance but this is really inconvenient. Most the time I misplace the receipts they give you that has all the WIC balances on there and this was a helpful app for me but it just seems to not be working. I have written two reviews on the app itself but I’m not even sure if it got sent or not because like others I would press “submit” and it would just take me to an all white screen with a red box at the top that doesn’t say anything. I don’t really have a use for this app no more. I tried deleting it and re-downloading it but nothing works. Still getting a message that says I need to be on WiFi or have phone data to access my balance.

Does what it's supposed to

App happy mom

My only complaint is that the app won't keep the login information saved. I keep having to type all the card info in whenever I want to use it. Not a terrible thing, just really inconvenient when I'm balancing a crying baby and want to take a quick look while grocery shopping.

Won’t register

I had this app on my previous phone and it worked perfectly!! Had to get a new phone because my other one broke and I can’t even get in. I put my card number in and it takes me to a blank screen with a red box at the top that says nothing!!!!
Very frustrating!!!!!
