Useful to useless
As most others say it is only good for paying your bill. As for convenience to view information in a keystroke. NADA You usually end up calling the garbage gods a million miles away that never even heard of you town. How about putting us in touch with the actual people that attend to us. How about landscape view. How about tap once on an icon and there is the information you want. Who need security for a timetable.

Works like it should
My friend at work told me he likes WM’s app. I didn’t even know WM had an app. I downloaded it and checked it out. 20 seconds later I paid my bill with this app and checked out the other features. I like this app. I am a man of very few apps though.

Confusing and Difficult
The process for using an app should be straightforward and intuitive. I tried to login and the app tells me to check my email. I look online at their website and I think it suggests that I need to register to use the mobile app. However, the app won’t allow me to register. Says it can’t process it at this time. WM is a large company. I can’t believe they can’t get a decent app out there.
