Ratings and Reviews
I love this app but it doesn’t work anymore
It used to work perfectly but a couple weeks ago it completely stopped functioning. It tries to open but crashes every time. I can’t get to the bookmarks and saved episodes, but I’m hoping everything’s still there and the next update fixes it. I really miss being able to use it.
After pausing streaming episodes, the app cannot resume playing. Screen layout is not optimized for displays with notches/no home button, so controls are covered by the home indicator. Scrubbing backwards or rewinding is buggy, resulting in the app skipping forward. App deserves 2 stars, but giving it 5 because it is my local public radio station.
Great app and content
Thank you WNYC for creating this app. Like many in my generation, I do not own an FM/AM radio and certainly do not walk around the city with one. I am now in the habit of tuning in to Morning Edition while getting ready for work and commuting. I like having access to live public radio rather than just podcasts.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
