Using WOD Programmer the athlete enters the length of their training cycle, equipment they have available, days they want to train on, exercise and scheme priorities, and duration of workouts and all of that information is built into a custom workout calendar.
Additionally, WOD Programmer has every timer a fitness athlete could need, from EMOTM, AMRAP, Tabata, for Time, and now an interval timer where the athlete can set rounds, the amount of work time, and the amount of rest time.
Athletes can also see video examples of all the exercises, ensuring that even beginner athletes know the standards for each movement and how to perform them correctly.
WOD Programmer was designed by a Former Division One Decathlete, Army Sapper/Paratrooper, fitness writer, and former lead trainer a deployed Military CrossFit Affiliate to create custom workouts for athletes everywhere so they can progress more rapidly.

What's New in Version 1.3.2
Doesn't save programming when app is closed from running in the background or phone is shut off. I look froward to a fix update.
Does not save
This app is not usable due to the fact that none of the programs can be saved. After you create a workout program the program will disappear. Please provide an update or refund.
Needs fix or refund
Potential to be an awesome app, but ends up being a tease. Can't save and return to your personalized program once the app is closed.
