Easy to use. Clean and modern feel.
I've used worketc on the web for well over a year and really like it. The app looks and feels differently than the website; I wish the website resembled the app as it has a cleaner and easier to navigate feel. The app gives you access to some of the most commonly used features. I really like the support cases is so easy to access. Even easier than online. Timesheets are so easy to do!
Some things that I would love to have is access to the invoice tab. Being able to generate and see an invoice is important to our employees so they customer can pay on the spot. There's no access to see any reporting.
Overall I like it, and use it regularly when out and about; but I still use the web as the place to do mostly everything.
WorkEtc App Gives Suitable Mobile Access
WorkEtc is a great tool my company has been using for years. The app is a good way to use the service because the site is not fully responsive. However, smart lists are missing or hard to find. I still prefer the website and think apps are a waste of time when websites can simply be made responsive instead.
A Good Start
I have begun to incorporate WORK[etc] into my workflow. The web application is very good. The iPhone app needs some work to bring it up to the robustness, flexibility, and usefulness of the web application. It does, however, provide some control of my WORK[etc] workflow when I am away from my desktop.
