Absolutely LOVE this app!!

I purchased the app back when it was first announced a few years back. At the time I solely used it to repost photos to one of my Instagram pages, then I slowly tired away from the page which resulted in less use of the Workflow app. It always had an place on my device but was rarely used until a few months back when I started to think of other ways of using the app, listening to an specific podcast and following an certain site on uses for the Workflow app. After discovering some of it's use cases, the app has been in non-stop use for me. I use it daily, especially for work purposes.

With the acquisition from Apple, I hope the app remains available and brings deeper integration with iOS and Apple's apps. I prefer to use stock apps but Workflow worked best with third party apps so I've paid for a few to increase my productivity and integration with Workflows. Learning how to compose the Workflows and watching them work is so enjoying to me. Just hope that it continues to grow and expand. This is the one app I'm truly happy for.

Best App for iOS

Update: Just heard the news that Apple has acquired Workflow and the Workflow team will be joining Apple. Couldn't be happier as a user of Apple products and Workflow. Very happy for the Workflow team as well. Much deserved. I can't wait to see what they're able to do next and the impact it will have on iOS and maybe even macOS (fingers crossed).

Workflow is by far the best/most useful app on the App Store. The possibilities of what you can automate with it are only limited by 1)Apple's restrictions (wish they'd open up more for apps like Workflow), 2) your imagination, and 3) how well you understand how to use Workflow. Nothing you or the dev can do about 1 and 2. To learn more about how to use Workflow I highly recommend going to the developers website and going through the 'Docs' section. Lots of good resources there to help you learn. If you haven't tried Workflow out yet, do yourself a favor and download it. You will wonder how you used your iOS devices without it.

You'll Know Why Apple Bought It...

Workflow opens up some of the functionality in iOS in a friendly and intuitive way. Before you declare me crazy, let me offer a disclaimer: if you're not the type who understands some programming logic, or feel you're not able to adjust to that way of thinking, you'll get nowhere with Workflow. No matter how hard anyone tries, they can't teach the concepts within to someone who doesn't want to learn them or can't adjust to them. Save yourself some time and skip it if you feel you fit into that category. For everyone else: it's simply great. Apart from a few crashes here and there, I can't recommend it enough. The app put a smile on my face when I completed a workflow to remind me periodically about refilling my prescriptions - all based on context. I haven't had that type of experience with an app in a long time.
