Description

Workflow is your personal automation tool, enabling you to drag and drop any combination of actions to create powerful workflows for your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

Workflow includes over 200 actions, including those for Contacts, Calendar, Maps, Music, Photos, Camera, Reminders, Safari, AirDrop, Twitter, Facebook, Dropbox, Evernote, iCloud Drive, and Health, to name a few.

For example, you can use Workflow to:
* Make animated GIFs
* Add a home screen icon that calls a loved one
* Make PDFs from Safari or any app with a share sheet
* Get directions to the nearest coffee shop in one tap
* Tweet the song you're listening to
* Get all of the images on a web page
* Send a message including the last screenshot you took
* And so much more...

Your workflow creations can be launched from inside the Workflow app, from other apps using Workflow's Action Extension, or from our new lightning-fast Today Widget. You can even export a workflow as a standalone app on your home screen.

Workflow opens up infinite possibilities of what you can do with your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. But this is just the beginning. Stay tuned.

Automate your day.

Amazing & powerful

Kubisuro

I've already made workflows to mass delete any number of photos from my camera roll and also get latitude & longitude from Apple Maps. I also used it with regex to scrape PDFs that were containerized in JavaScript AJAX stuff which prevented downloading Of said PDFs the normal way. Oh and I created an MPG logger so I can track performance of my vehicles using a CSV text file on Dropbox. I can't wait to develop more useful workflows. I'm so very happy this functionality all takes place CLIENT SIDE and not server side like If This Then That. I use this app to fetch evapotranspiration rate of the day before from a State website using JSON. I also have created a workflow that takes all my Markdown journal entries from Dropbox (filenamed with dates) and puts them into Calendar with an X-Callback-URL. Then I can load journal entries using Calendar and my favorite Markdown app 1Writer side-by-side. Awesome stuff.

So happy Apple is still maintaining this app!

Flexible and awesome, but can be annoying

This app is amazing. It can automate a lot of things, and saves a lot of time. A few problems I have though:
> Whenever I want to run a workflow from inside the app, it takes me to the workflow and then runs it. Can there be like a “Play” button that runs the workflow without going into it?
> The widget is very finicky with what it can and can’t do without unlocking the phone and going into the app. I don’t know how you would fix this, but it can be frustrating sometimes.

They’re just minor annoyances that barely take away from the great automation you’ll get with this app. (also, NO IN APP PURCHASES! :D)
