WorkLog is a powerful and easy to use time tracking tool. Designed for freelancers, engineers, lawyers, tradesmen, consultants and employees - WorkLog will fit your needs like a glove, because it lets you keep track of everything you want. No more, no less.

WorkLog gets out of your way. With its clean and easy to use interface it lets you fully concentrate on your everyday business. Less "paperwork" means more productivity. That's why logging time with WorkLog can be as simple as pressing Start when you start a task and pressing Stop when you're done. Of course you can also add your entries manually if you prefer.

WorkLog lets you assign a category, client or project to each entry you make. Need a per-client report every two weeks? No problem. Switch to Reports, choose a period and select your client. That's it. You can send your reports by e-mail or download them over WiFi and open them in Excel and other programs.

WorkLog lets you define custom fields for each category, client or project. Define a field where you can select your hourly rates and WorkLog will report how much you've made. Or you could define fields to track your expenses or your activities within a project. Whatever you want.

The time management module?

This in app purchase states. That it supports “overtime management”. I've navigated the entire app & haven't seen any particular feature that fits that criteria. I've taken pictures of this & reported this to apple. After buying this in app purchase a refund or an immediately upgrade should be put in place.

This has been a successful app up until this point. I've had minor concerns like not been able to set my week starting time for a different (second) job. I would give this app five stars, but I hate to spend money with a company & be lied to about what a product does.

Crashes and it's been months

9/20 update... iOS 9 has come out. It still crashes upon opening.

7/18 Still no fix. It has been months. It's really disappointing considering I spent money on this, as it was the perfect app for what I needed. So if you're using iOS don't download this. It doesn't work. It crashes right when you open it. I would love to give this a five and change this review but unfortunately it has been months and it still doesn't work. They said there's an issue with iOS 8.3 but it also does it on my other devices that have iOS 8.4

R.I.P. for this app

Formerly wonderful but no longer launches and hasn't for months. You should withdraw this app from the store till it's fixed.

You can time first, categorize later, which means you can learn as you use it. The ability to save to .csv and to manually add entries makes the app more flexible. I am using this app as a musician's practice log and timer, and the way the categories and notes work make it better than apps I've tried that are marketed for that purpose.
