You can delete an exercise or workout by swiping across the item in the exercise list or workout list. And you can edit/add as many workouts and exercises as you like - it's very customizable. Cheers!
No good for setting different reps per exercise!
If you're looking for an app that you can track multiple sets (ex: 10, 12, etc) this app is not the one! Good if you plan to do the same number or reps per set otherwise ... Keep searching for other possible apps!
