Great app but
This is an awesome app. You definitely will get a challenging workout. Think Crossfit or Boot Camp for the home or wherever you are. There are a couple of changes I'd like to see.
1. Settings - when I set this up I know I saw a selection of cardio or something else, I'd like to change from cardio but I haven't seen this option again.
2. Needs an option for a detailed explanation of the exercises. I'm not familiar with many of them and the videos aren't very clear. Some of them seem to be identical. Since the sessions aren't timed you can't really do a search and still get through them all.
I am a busy mom and I choose a 30-minute bag while my kids nap! I love I can get my workout in since I can't make it to a gym easily these days! I recommend this app to friends all the time! It's a inexpensive way to get in a great workout! Lol!
This is just a timer
I recently purchased this app, and it does nothing. I press the begin button and a timer counted down for 20 minutes. I thought it would show me exercise routine. The people who say this is a great app, must be the developers friends......I feel like a sucker!
