Elegant, simple app for tracking workouts
This was exactly what I was looking for. You can tell the author knows how to lift and what you should track.
You add exercises to three groups (core, upper and lower body). You set the target weight and rep for the set. When you are working out you can change the weight or rep number. Simple, but exactly what I wanted. You can also track supersets, just add an exercise pattern (deadlift , row, deadlift, row, etc.)
There are a few things I would like to see added, but these are nitpicks really. A timer to track rest between sets would be nice, I would like to edit/rename/add to the workout grouping.
Simple and clean interface
App is very easy to use. I was able setup my exercises and a couple of minutes later I was running my routine. Nicely done!
My favorite gym fitness log! The daily summary is great and the app always works. It makes me want to workout more!
