Useless-Can't Log In & No Way to Report Errors/Bugs
Out of the blue & for no reason whatsoever, the app logged me out two days ago. Ever since, whenever I try to log back in I get an error message on the screen. It's not about my login & my password is correct; it's an operational error. Well, when I navigate through the app to try to report the air the screen it takes me to simply has no option for actually reporting the error or the bug. And yes I'm running the latest update of the app and the latest update of the iOS. I'm shocked that there is just NO easy way on the site to log/report bugs. Crazy! What a total waste of my time and of people's money who are actually paying for the service for themselves and their communities. Way to go, Facebook. Thumbs wayyy down. BTW, the error msg I keep getting is (FBAPIErrorDomain error 1.) So if you're getting it, too, know that you're not alone, unfortunately. 😣
Verification Email Not Received
Can't even get the verification email. Why would entrust my entire organization to this?
Log in
Logged me out, now every time it brings me to the "Work Chat would like to log you in using single sign on" page, and every time I hit "Allow" it does nothing. Very frustrating. So 1 star since it's not even usable.
