Nice app, a few suggestions
I’m constantly scheduling meetings with people across multiple times zones, and this is a nice way to keep track of everyone’s time zones. Many world clock apps only show me the current time in different time zones, whereas this simplifies the scheduling of future meetings. Well done.
I’m not crazy about the “paging” of what I’ll call the main “day” view, which is showing the time slots for that day. The problem is that the “day” appears to be in GMT/UTC. E.g., I’m in LA and because it’s showing midnight to midnight GMT, the last time slot in the “day” view is 3-4pm local time. And if I want to schedule something at 4 or 5pm, I have to flip to the next day. So scheduling meetings in my late afternoon is awkward, constantly flipping back and forth.
At the very least, give me the option to specify that the day is my local day, not GMT. Or even better, make it flow continuously from day to day, losing that disclosure indicator to jump to the next day. I understand why this is centered around GMT, but when you’re not based in London, it feels arbitrary and not user-centric.
Still, I like the app and have upgraded for ad-free experience. Keep it up.
Works great until I try to use it!
I like the ability to see comparative times with one glance, although I was disappointed by how few locations I could add before it asked to buy an upgrade. Based on that though, I paid for the upgrade expecting unlimited ability to add locations - Didn’t turn out that way!
Forces user to add ‘groups’ but way to do that is not evident. Now I can’t even get it to show me the locations I had displaying!
Good idea with a user-unfriendly execution.
Elegant and useful
Best thing about is, it is minimalist, it does not steal from concentration.. And when ads are really small and deep there, and not popping up all over the screen, dont mind taking a look at them, even if I dont click on them)))
