Ratings and Reviews
Apparently I “forgot” my login, no, I know it by heart but it doesn’t accept it saying “Userpass lockout” and it’s wrong! And also it doesn’t have the option to select a “I forgot my password” to straighten everything out.... I needed this app because the internet site freaks out sometimes and doesn’t let me do transfers or tap on my savings or my checking on my mobile device (if I can get past the first screen then it’s all good to go, I can do what I need to, but sometimes I cant even view my checking account by select it because it only goes back to the login page every time, I log in about 10 times and then just give up... who needs to pay bills anyways...right) I really wish this stupid app would let me sign in, or register to, or give me the option to forget what I know, or just work maybe, would be nice.
WSECU Mobile App
The app works well if you just need to check account balances, make transfers, or apply for a loan. However cannot believe this app has not been updated since a year ago; and now the mobile deposit camera does not work on my iPhone XS. App keeps saying the camera does not have permissions, but it never requested permissions to add. Checked in privacy settings and the WSECU app isn’t listed to add the permission manually. Unable to add to give permissions. The app works fine on my iPhone 8; but newer iPhone users take note it won’t work for mobile deposits on your newer iPhone.
Does what it is supposed to do
I’ve never had a single problem with this app, and I use it on iPad and iPhone. I don’t understand why anyone would fault the app for their own misunderstanding of how to use the website or for things like forgetting their own password. All financial apps should lock you out if you fumble around with your password, since that looks like someone trying to guess your password.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
