Come experience why real pilots fly X-Plane.
It starts with the flight model—the same flight model used in our FAA-certified desktop simulator—that’s complete enough to model the flex in your wings & the tilt in your landing gear.
Add to that our desktop-quality aircraft with multiple liveries and interactive 3-D cockpits—so detailed you can do a full startup procedure using the hundreds of buttons, knobs, & switches in the cockpit. With working gauges, flight displays, & more, these cockpits are as realistic as those in our full desktop sim.
But aircraft are no good without a place to fly them. That's why each of our ▸free◂ regions features detailed terrain, lifelike city buildings, & 3-D airports—complete with terminal buildings, jetways, hangars, & more.
√ 9 ▸free◂ tutorials, teaching the basics of takeoffs & landings, traffic patterns, helicopters, & more.
√ 2-player internet multiplayer via Game Center (▸free◂ for everyone)
√ Fully interactive cockpits on many aircraft, wired to real systems models, with working gauges, displays, buttons, & switches
√ Full startup procedures supported on many aircraft (optionally start any aircraft from cold & dark state)
√ More than 50 systems modeled, each of which can be failed on command
√ Emergency scenarios
√ Combat missions

Don’t get me wrong, the airplanes with manipulators are fantastic, but the regions are so limited it infringes on this simulators overall experience. You are limited to very small spaces, which get incredibly boring after awhile. Plus by the time you get to cruising altitude, you’re already at the end of the region. Infinite Flight just released their highly anticipated “Global” update, which is huge. This allows users to fly anywhere around the world in real time, which changes mobile flight simulation possibilities. That update put Infinite Flight miles ahead of X-Plane, not to mention their community forum, live feature, and weekly events to keep things interesting. While cockpits with manipulators is cool, I’d rather see larger spaces to fly in implemented first. Plus it’s been about two months since any communication regarding the progress of this app. If you’re looking for a new experience, with community based events and the ability to fly with other users online, try Infinite Flight instead.
I really like this simulator a lot but some of the planes cost money maybe on the next update can you add some planes like the q400, 757 and the rest of the planes. And the amount of flight in one space is bad because I have wide body aircrafts and I’m landing in small spaces. Please fix this. And add opening doors, ground crew and add airplanes at the gate and add air traffic. I’m starting to get bored of this. And make it a working airport X-plane11 is out and hell it has everything and when I look at this game it is nothing compared to x plane 11 please fix this game and please make some planes free. This is just a suggestion please try to make this better please I want to feel like i’m flying a actual plane. Please try to make this update good. Thanks
Best flight simulator on iOS
This is the best flight simulator on iOS!! The interactive cockpits, real feeling physics, and graphics are far better then other apps on the platform (I’ve tried a few recently for reasons I’ll mention in a moment). My only issue with the app is that there’s a limited selection of aircraft types and liveries. I’d love to select more than 3 or 4 airlines for a plane. The limited regions are also a set back; but compared in quality, other apps don’t come close. I’d like it if you can expand or add more, please make add the ability for planes to just jump to the next region that they’d be flying towards.
