You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Garbage with a high price tag


I only use Xero because my accountant insists on it as his business model ( It's tough to find a good accountant). The software looks good but is extremely basic. Customer service is atrocious and autosave is not even a feature! In 2018!. I've lost countless quotes and invoices costing me a lot of time and therefore money. It's hard to run a business with this garbage, I now dread book keeping.
Search the Xero community forum for autosave issues and you'll see it's been an ongoing problem for over 5 years. Every 6 months we are promised it is coming. It never does. They even removed the timestamp on posts so that people won't get that the problems go back years.
If you are wowed by good looking software with no substance and a complete lack of regard for the end user then this is the software for you. I never imagined I would miss the desktop version of Quickbooks.



Please create another way besides your videos in order to help your customers. There are errors in every program so having an option for customer service makes for long time clients. I have been looking elsewhere and I don’t want to. I wanted to believe in your company because you presented yourself as unique and I liked that. But if there isn’t true customers service then you are unique.

Don’t waste your time

The application features only minimal functionality, and worst yet, they don’t even support file upload for receipts. The only thing you can do is access your camera roll and they block being able to access your files, which is completely unnecessary. They have no support for iOS 11, except that the app will load. Other than that, Xero themselves have said on their web site that they have no plans to support iOS 11 features.
