Call blocking and screening needed

It is needed that call blocking for scam and unwanted calls be easier than a limited number of blocks that you have to go online to the website to enter the number you want to block. This is so time consuming and error prone. Getting pen and paper, writing the number call and hunting through the Xfinity site to find where the blocked number is to be entered. I suggest the Developer take a look at apps like Mr Number that shares several types of unwanted and scam call directories, notes from users about the nature of the calls and easy grab, copy a number you want to block and open the Mr Number app to allow blocking and to see info on known history of the number and call notes. A connection to a telephone data base, wider than Xfinity's and or one mobile service expands uses access to names and or location info associates with a number. Make blocking really work. These calls are not just irritating but potentially dangerous.

Recent upgrade is horrible

For some reason, the recent upgrade has attached another household member’s name to my email account so when I compose and send an email, the recipient doesn’t see my name and instead sees hers. In all the years I’ve used this app, it never did this before. I did not change any settings on my end. I called Xfinity tech support and they were unable to problem-solve what is causing this and help me fix this. They said that you (app developers) need to figure this out. If I could delete this app and return to the previous version, I would, but you’ve made it impossible to do so. Thus the only thing I can do with this app is to view my email. I’m not about to send emails out under a name that’s not my own. So, the app has become useless. I’m pretty upset over this because to me, mobile service should be a part of what Xfinity provides given the amount of money they charge their subscribers. Get your act together before you release upgrades, please!

What Happened??

What happened to this app? It was never perfect, but now it's gone downhill. If I haven't checked my mail in a couple hours, I have to completely close the app and re-open it to get mail to open, or to refresh the badge icon, or to even delete email from the inbox. In the case of the latter - you don't know it's not working as you go along, deleting from the inbox - but then the mail will all reappear. And I DO have background refresh turned on for this app. All of these problems have persisted through the last couple upgrades. The other pet peeve that has never been fixed is composing emails to people in your address book - the app will start to auto-detect who you're writing to - but then if you try to use the auto-detected email address, the To: field blanks out -- so you have to manually type out everyone's email address. Hope you have it memorized! Please fix!!!!!
