It has improved tremendously!


I use to have connection issues and key pad issues quite often, but not any more. The camera comes on very quickly with out any problems. The key pad would flash orange colors and would not allow me to arm the device and of course, this would happen every time I am leaving out late for work. I would have to leave the house without arming the alarm, which is frustrating in itself. I couldn't even arm from a device either when this happens. This went on for ever! A technician came out a few times but changing out the equipment the key pad and the mini pad helped and I have been trouble free for a while now--knock on wood! So I am pleased with the alarm system now. The only problem I have is that the camera is noisy when it detect movements and it snaps on taking a picture. It is noisy in the day time too when everything is going on around the house I can hear it clicking. I wanted it to be inconspicuous and not letting everyone know it is in the room. The way I have it installed blends in nicely with my decorations but it is so noisy that it would make some one look for where the noise is coming from or what is that noise. This is why I didn't rate it a five star app.

Works without any problems


In addition to all the door sensors, there are seven motion sensors and two central smoke detectors. When any battery gets low the system alerts me before any degradation occurs. I also have three interior and four exterior 4k day/night video cameras that record 24/7. This system gives me peace of mind at all times. There is a 60 sec auto record when and camera senses motion. No one enters my property without me being aware within seconds via my iphone and ipad. I know there are cheaper systems available but i strongly believe that you get what you pay for. I have xfinity quad play which provides a little economic benefit due to the bundled services. If you want full protection 24/7 then consider xfinity home with cameras and sleep well at night. Can also be used if you have pets running around as long as they don't weigh more than 60 lbs. so God help the criminal that breaks in. If the police don't get um the dogs will. The outside cameras were a little finicky at first but the techcxiams got them working without any additional problems. Highly recommend

Xfinity internet, Home Security, Telephone


We were with xfinity for internet and home security system. After a year of paying on the security system we then owned the system. We never had any problems with them. But like anyone that is of a low income your always looking for a better and cheaper price. We went with a different system that was a part of our mobile phones system just to find out that they were just one of many they offered. We ended up with a company that we had, had in the past. The experience with that company soured greatly and we removed ourselves from them just to find out years later that now we were stuck with again. We have just today had brought xfinity back into our home and I will rest comfortably knowing that the services we now have a good company back into our home. I just want to say a huge thank you to xfinity for piece of mind.
