Stability and performance improvements
I am going to honest about this app, at first I thought this was going to be like any other cable company claiming they are the best. I will admit I was wrong.
Not only is this app is great but so is their customer service. I actually find myself recommending this service to my family and friends and sometimes when I'm shopping and get approached about changing my cable provider I always tell them why would I do that when I already have the best service available. 🙋🏻❤️🤘🏻
This app gives me an error message or fails to load at least as often as it actually works, if not more. Even as I type this, I was awakened by a high pitched beeping that I'm fairly certain was just my smoke detector, but I'd like to verify that by looking at the app to confirm that the alarm hasn't been triggered. I've been trying for 20 minutes to open the app, only to have it sit on the loading screen and do nothing. This should not happen with an app that is running my home security!! This is just the latest and most egregious example of how terrible this app is.
Awesome Tech. We had Chris. He was very informative, fast & efficient. He didn't leave until we all understood how to work our system. Answered all of our questions thoroughly. Only suggestion about the Mobile App is Comcast should add a Panic mode on the Mobile Device. Not just arm & disarm feature. Other than that. Xfinity Comcast is awesome!! Great Customer Service.
