App works great as long as the service is up n running! Love being able to see what's going on with the camera in my home while I'm away from the house. That way I can check on my pets or just to see if everything is the way it should be. LOVE IT!!!! Best part now is that you can save video footage right to your favorite devices!!! 😎😎😎

Received a call today about a problem with my home monitor. I did not even know there was an issue. I was cleaning a few days ago and must of disconnected it. The very helpful REP talked me through the fix. She was awesome and I'm so happy she called to alert me to the issue. The app is extremely helpful as I can always check my home system. Five stars!!!
I was with another security company for over 30 years and with Xfinity we can use our mobile app to take care of our needs. We are actually paying less per month for a much better security system. Which we had switched sooner. Highly recommend Xfinity home.
