Customer Reviews

Buggy, buggy

This is my fourth review and this is still the worst app that I need to use on a regular basis. I'm using a 4th gen iPad and the app seems to get slower and slower. It freezes every time I open it and won't let me scroll or open messages for a minute or so. The typing in the search box will only let me enter one letter every ten seconds or so. Every other app that is this bad I have deleted, but I need some of the functionality only available in the app. Very frustrating.

(My third update to my review. Unfortunately, the app gets worse rather than better. I don't think Comcast actually reads reviews on their products because I don't think they care about their customers, only their customers' money.)

This app is still so poor. It won't use the address book at times and you must manually enter the addresses. When it displays attached pictures it shrinks any text to an unreadable size. It crashes frequently. It has very poor integration with at iPad contacts list.

(The following is a review I did a while back. Unfortunately, I don't see that they have fixed any of these problems. )

I like having the integrated app, but it's so buggy that it drives me crazy. Attachments often don't display at all or won't open, the address book used to be integrated with my ios contacts, but isn't any more, and the spam filter is wrong about half the time. For all the money Comcast charges, they should be able to get this right.

Decent but no way to flag phishing calls

I just downloaded this app to get a voicemail that went directly here instead of the answering manchine we have have hooked up on the now mostly ignored landline that is staying in service only because the Triple Play is cheaper than dropping the landline. The vast majority of the calls in the call log are phishing calls and 1) there is no way to delete the call log and 2) no way to flag masked numbers being used for phishing purposes. Also this is showing recent outgoing calls and I haven't used the landline in months for any outgoing calls....

Well I got the one recent and important voicemail at any rate... I will monitor my callerID and unless someone else mistakenly calls the landline instead of my cell I may actually use this app a second time.....

Why can't you be happy?

I like checking my email on this. I like how I can search. I also like how I can check my voicemails. I get my internet, cable, and home phone from COMCAST. So why do they have to pester me with activating my home phone in the app? Also people can text my home phone and it shows up here. I don't want to check another text service - how do I disable that?!? Why can't they just be happy that I already pay for 3 services and don't want any more? Why make an app that pesters your customers? I rated 4 because it does the job and is easy to use.
