It’s really sad that a lot of people are complaining about this app. I for one really enjoy all the things that you can do! Here are easy ones that no one complains about, paying your bill, looking at history and able to see actual bill on PDF, add on other card to pay bill, change your address and phone number. Then you have a whole lot of other things you can do like check the Speedtest on internet speed, reset the internet modem or cable box, chat online with customer service (my fav) send a message for a call back, send notice of moving and transferring your account to new address. See those are quite a few things you can do on your own. So to me.........I wouldn’t change it for not being able to take something off your plan. Plus it caused too many problems and that’s why Xfinity has that in place. Hmmmmm sounds like they are doing it for our safety. Xfinity/Comcast I really do appreciate your service and commitment for the last seven or eight years.

I’ve had Comcast now for over Ten years. They have been very loyal to me and I’ve been loyal to them. They have always worked things out in times of need. They provide the best service all around, phone, internet, cable television, and home security system. I have every channel, gig internet, home phone, and the home security. My bill for all of that is quite reasonable and that’s not even saying much. I mean, my bill is amazing for everything I have. They basically wanted me to have it saying it would cost the same if I had it all that or not, because what I was paying was higher than all four things combined. I have had them so long and I’ve always paid my bill on time and they’ve always kept their word all the time. They’re very honest to me company wise. So I could never say anything bad about them. I thank them for their service. And I hope to have them 10 more year and longer.

This Xfinity app is setup to Rip off customers

The app is extremely efficient & convenient at ripping you off by making it easy to increase your monthly payments so you pay more money 💰 💰 to Xfinity.
This app DOES NOT give you the option to downsize your services in order to reduce your monthly fee and save some money when you need to.
Xfinity makes it as difficult as possible and extremely inconvenient for customers to modify their services and save money. If you’re not paying attention when using this app, you can accidentally & very easily add unnecessary services in less than 15 seconds. Then in order for you to correct your mistake, you will have to call by phone and spend around 30 MINUTES or more of your valuable time waiting for the “customer service” rep to correct your error.
(Remember the customer recording of his call to Comcast that went viral on the internet, when Xfinity/ Comcast made it extremely inconvenient and difficult and gave him the run-around 🏃 every time he called “customer service” to cancel a service?)
If Xfinity reeeeeally cares about the customer, they should make it possible to downsize services by using this app!!
