This app is better than nothing, but very limited channel choices for the live feed. My most "want to view" channels get "error" 3305 and just don't come in at all very often. Rebooting devices/router doesn't fix this error. Just tough luck.
A suggested improvement would be a compatible guide for the LIVE feeds. When you choose a channel, there is no clue as to what is airing, often until waiting until after a ten minute (or longer) wait.
When choosing a channel, it should be able to show "on air": Seinfeld on TBS for example. Not just the channel name, TBS. A compatible guide would help to be able to find what shows are actually airing. Not what aired three hours ago on the East Coast, for example. Definitely better than nothing. This app is slowly trying to operate properly. Still no guide tied to channel surfing (so you can look and see what's on this app by opening the list of channels. You should be able to put Show title instead of small type reiterating the network you might like to view. It's NICE that it IS added on the regular Xfinity X1 guide! Progress is happening, as it should for over $200 plus per MONTH. I hope good and happy employees might be the reason :)

No problems streaming, just fine downloaded. Service great. Not sure how the application is connected to my account but every time I download this app to any mobile device it works fine for about two hours before it boots me out....your streaming service doesn't include these are not subscribed to these channels...all parts of this application may not be working correctly...mainly a subscription problem, but they go hand in hand. I've contacted customer care on at least three separate occasions to reboot, reinstall, log out and log back in...etc. In less than a month. Again not just downloaded to my iPad. Experiencing this problem across the board. And yes my bill has been paid on time nothing due. This application is simply at best awful to put it politely. Even the rating process for this application is terrible. Nickname already taken, kicks you completely out of the review process as if to discourage poor reviews from being written. Do better Comcast. Do better. Too much money spent for this petty garbage.

Add Chromecast Support!!!

The live streaming has been working well for me. Video quality is pretty good too, though it could still be improved a bit and holding a stream at high quality with less frequent buffering would be great. The one thing that this app desperately needs is Chromecast support. I do not want to have to hold my iPad the entire time I am watching a show and I will never want to watch something on my phone. Also, I think that the app could better display what is currently on each channel so that I do not have to find a channel, press it, wait for the stream to load, see that something I do not want to watch is on, and the repeat the entire process with the next few channels. A live program guide would be great here. Priority one, though, has to be Chromecast support. Comcast needs to stop being so anti-consumer.
