You CAN see all your channels away from home wifi

Many reviewers say they can't use this app away from their home wifi or they have to wade through all channels to see what is their lineup. Wait, what? This is not true. I am using this app right now to watch tv on a non-Comcast wifi several states away from home. It's awesome! In the upper left menu, pull down and click on "Live tv", click on "all listings", look in upper left and pull down for "filters", click on it, and select "available out of home." That lets you use it anywhere and will only show the channels you are supposed to get. It's a lot. Fixed! Oh, and make sure you are hooked up to a wifi network or your data is turned on in your device settings.

Needs one basic improvement

All Comcast needs to do to make this a useable app is to allow me to filter ONLY FOR CHANNELS I AM AUTHORIZED TO WATCH. I get that Comcast wants me to see all the other great stuff they have, but making me wade through hundreds of channels, movies, or shows then finding I can not watch is frustrating. I WANT A SIMPLE EXPERIENCE. My budget or viewing habits made me pick a certain package of Chanel's for a reason. I do it plan to upgrade or to buy additional content. I want to find shoes I can watch based on my subscription choice quickly and easily without having to see all of the channels, movies, and shows that I can not watch. Make sense?!? Been asking for this feature for a LONG time.... no response and no change....

Freezing (not related to ISP)

The video playback freezes at some point during the streaming and does not load eventually. It's not related to my internet service provider because it only occurs in THIS app. I have several video streaming services and they all work just fine. This problem only occurs when a commercial comes on. Ironically it's the exact same commercial (Mila Kunis' Jim Beam commercial) no matter what program I'm watching. It never loads again. The more frustrating part is that even when I watch the show all over again, it STILL freezes during Mila's commercial. The show wont' allow you to skip ahead so I can never see the end of the show, but I can watch the first 20 minutes as many times as I want. This problem just recently began.
