Not sure why you would want this
It streamed pretty well. However, the app doesn't recognize or remember you. You can't click back to a session in the app. You have to go find the event in your calendar and start over with a login then navigate back to your session. As far as I can tell, the app does nothing your browser doesn't do except make it harder to access the session. I've already alerted the conference people. Will delete the app after the session.
VERY FUSSY APP
Others have commented on this. The app loses contact with the provider ANY TIME the app loses focus (you get a text, open up the Control Center to activate Bluetooth, try to multitask, etc.) you have to go back to Safari.
I get that presenters want to know participants are connected ... But why punish mobile device users when desktop and laptop users can easily multitask???
I had an all-day conference today and this app was very disruptive.
Bad experience if you multitask
I was watching a video and anytime I switched out to quickly jump to my messages or email, the app would lose the entire stream and I would have to reopen from safari.
Also, you can't lock your phone and just get the audio. If you do lock your phone, you will have to relaunch from the website.
