Good minimalist app that works but needs more functionality

To start this lock works very well and did not take much time to set up. It is responsive and looks sleek on the front door. The app has basic functionality in that you can add it to your current homekit easily and unlock/lock your door. However most of the other smart lock systems have options for one time codes or schedules where the codes are able to be used or not used. I think some minor things that can be addressed in a software update but all in all it works as intended and I’m satisfied with the product.

Great app, needs improvement

The app has some great functionality, being able to access all of the locks features from your phone makes it so much easier than using the keypad. Also adding user codes remotely is very convenient. But I’d like to also be able to delete user codes from the app, and create schedules for those user codes. It would also be nice to see lock history. So when and how the lock was unlocked and locked.

Adding additional people to one lock

Diva Time

I got really frustrated trying to adding this lock to my phone, my husbands, and Daughter’s. I broke down and called the help line. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and super helpful. So if you have more then one person that needs to be on one lock here is how you do it!
1: who ever adds the lock on their phone is now the host.
2: the host has to go to the home app on their IPhone.
3: find the arrow (location symbol) in the left corner.
4: find people.
5: click invite
6: type in the people who need to be added.
7: that person needs to except the invitation in the home app.
8: they can then go in to the Yale secure app and access the lock.

I hope this is helpful!!!!
