This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
Yoga 301 is the third app of a three part series designed to teach you how to do Vinyasa Flow Yoga, the most popular style of yoga practiced in America today.
Building off the lessons learned in the Yoga 101 and Yoga 201 apps, we dive deeper into balances, backbends and inversions.
The Yoga 301 app is designed for someone who has taken at least 50 vinyasa yoga classes. The dialog focuses more on breath count and staying present in the moment than on alignment.
There are three classes within this app. The first one is offered as a free class and the other two are available as an in-app purchase.
Physically, these classes will help you get strong and flexible. Mentally, they enhance your ability to focus. Spiritually, they connect you to your divine self, simply by instructing you to be present and relaxed no matter what comes your way. (Your spirit will love this~!)
I have one Golden Rule for yoga. Listen to your body. You are the captain of your domain and if any teacher at anytime asks you do to a pose that you think is not something you should do, please do not do it. Listen to yourself. It is perfectly acceptable and expected for people to sit out a pose if needed. The basic philosophy of yoga is ahimsa which means non-harming. Be mindful of what you should and should not be doing. It’s your body and hopefully, you’ve got a long (healthy) way to go in it!
Actually, I have two Golden Rules. The other is to be aware of your breath and how it moves through your body. There is magic in that breath. By developing breath awareness you literally learn how to tune in to any moment of your life. I’m excited for you to find out what I am talking about, as it is so powerful it can only be fully understood by actually experiencing it.

What's New in Version 1.1
iOS 5 compatibility
I bought yoga 101,201 & 301. Until today I the been working through yoga 101, 102, 103 and 201, 202 & 203. All the classes are excellent. So good tat I do at least on 30 minute work-out every night. I do one hour if I can. Tonight I completed yoga 301. It was one of the best yoga classes I have taken. I am still aching even after my shower. I can honestly say I love these Apps. If you would like to do yoga I can strongly recommend these classes. The great thing is you can do anywhere if you can find the time. Even with a new born I find at least 30 minutes a day.
No Landscape Orientation since OS 7 update
I emailed the company and they never got back to me. I used to love this app. I got the paid for app 101 and 103. I play it in landscape orientation on my iPad and connect the iPad to my tv. Since OS 7, there is no landscape orientation. Too small to see in portrait mode. Please fix.
