Disappointing

I was disappointed with this app. It is just a few pictures. I wanted an app that actually talks you through the sequences. It is hard to keep flipping through the poses and maintain your breathing throughout the sequence. It would be much better if someone was talking you through and giving cues during the exercises. I never know if I'm in the correct position when I look at 1 or 2 pictures of a pose. I run 50-70 miles a week and do yoga regularly 3-4 times a week so I have experience with both. I do like the 2 sequences. This app would get 5 stars if it had videos of the sequences.

GREAT resource!

Great app provides clear and helpful instruction. Just getting back into running after 10 year layoff. Flexibility isn't what it used to be and this will really help on recovery days! Really good pictures.

Not what I expected...in a bad way

This app looked perfect to keep me limber between runs as I am just starting as a runner. However, it is just a few pictures so I have to stop my yoga to flip through to the next pose. Not exactly what yoga is about. Very disappointed. Sad I spent the dollar on it.
