Users may want to first try our app "Core Yoga" which is better suited for beginners. After practicing "Core Yoga" for a few weeks, you should be able to comfortably practice "Yoga for Insomnia". Try to do the “Yoga for Insomnia” program twice a day, with one time being right before bed. For optimal results, pick two specific times and routinely do the exercises at those times.

It works!

After having so much success with 'Yoga for Weight loss' I thought I would give this a try. It works! The deep breathing and relaxing asanas really help me well relax after a long day. I have been doing 'yoga for weight loss' first, the cool down with 'yoga for insomnia' getting me ready for bed. I downloaded the other apps from Saagara as well, I'll let you know how those go. :)
