Very Good (Not Great)

This app is simple and clean. It does what it promises. I've never had any trouble with it crashing.

As you read the other reviews, keep in mind that
- it's not really fair to rate an app that iTunes doesn't let you download. If iTunes says the file is corrupt, how can you blame that on the app creator? There could be many reasons the app file was corrupted and wouldn't download, and some of them could be Apple's fault (that seems most likely to me). I would love to hear if the person who wrote that review has tried downloading it again since that time.
- I've never had the app crash in me. I'm running iPhone 4, and I don't think I had purchased this app for my previous model (iPhone 3G), so I don't know how it would run on other models. I wonder if the people who had that trouble tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Again, just because an app is crashing doesn't mean it's the app creators fault. It could be a bad install. It's worth reinstalling to find out.

Bottom line: if you're a runner and if you're interested in yoga, give this app a try. It's not expensive; it's simple and clean and well worth the cost, in my opinion. I hope an updated “retina” version is released soon.

Big fan!!

I looked a long time before I found exactly what I wanted, yoga stretches for pre-run and post-run....I was ecstatic it existed and there's so much more offered on the app. It was user friendly and moved through the poses seamlessly. I felt much more Limber fir my run and relaxed afterward. I highly recommend it!

Excellent app

The sequences in this app have greatly alleviated my soreness after running. My hips feel open, my hamstrings stretched, and my mind cleared.
The instructions are clear and precise with options for different intensity levels in the stretches. This app has been well worth the money!
