Yoga Nidra is a systematic and scientific method of inducing deep and complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is an ancient technique based on the time tested principles of yoga and through regular practice one can easily develop a sense of deep relaxation, calmness and peace.
Created by Madhav West, a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Madhav received 4 years full time professional training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia and the Bihar School of Yoga in India in Yogic Science. He is also qualified in the field of Health Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

This has been one of the best apps on my phone. I use it all the time just for a quick refresher or deeper rest constantly.. There have been days when I haven't been able to sleep ALL NIGHT.. seriously. I've played this (30 min version) back to back 4 times and felt so deeply rested that I was able to do my day feeling wonderful.. I share it with everyone who could use it. As a massage therapist I've recommended it to countless new friends and clients... Thanks for such a great app❤️🙏❤️
My doc recommended this app for insomnia
This app has changed my ability to fall asleep and I'm so thankful. I have been struggling with insomnia and the sleep hygiene tips were not working. I certainly was not interested in medication. My doc said one of her patients told her about this app and I could give it a shot. So glad she told me - I now fall asleep before in less than 5 minutes! His voice is so soothing and the directions clear.

Outstanding guided meditation with attention focused,as one would expect in a yogic meditative practice, on the body & it's sensations.
Voice of the guide is authoritative, yet calming, perfectly hypnotic, yet respectful & encouraging of the practitioner's capacities.
I have 77 years of hyper, anxious, driven character structure, but with some life practice of yoga & meditation at a low intermediate level.
I have tried numerous meditative apps and methods -- this is the most powerful one I have come across.
