Traditional rock climbing guidebooks are the encyclopedias of climbing beta and route information. Although very useful and informative, they can be cumbersome to carry and difficult to use. Yosemite Climbing Guide will free up your pack, simplify route navigation, and add ease to locating the information you need.
The first official download contains over 200 of the best sport climbs, multi-pitch splitter cracks, and boulder problems in Yosemite Valley. Each route is accompanied by high quality pictures, detailed descriptions, and coordinate specific directions for finding the start. When new routes are available, they can be added to your mobile device, along with pictures and full descriptions, with the touch of a button.
We invite you to contribute to the database through our Submit a Route feature. Users can fill out the route form for newly established or existing routes, then submit it for approval. The authors will personally check out the route and add it to the app upon confirming the accuracy.

Great climbing app
I've been very pleased with this app! It is very well organized and detailed. The pictures make finding routes very easy. Thanks!
This app is great and very easy to use! The pictures make it really simple to find climbs and not get off route when actually climbing up the pitches. I've spent many months climbing in Yosemite and can say that this app holds extremely valuable information. Excited to see the progression that occurs with this app.
I purchased this in hope it catches on. So much potential for this to replace other guide apps and books once fully developed, simply because of the photos and user input interface.
The downside is that in it' early stages, content is far from comprehensive. Fingers crossed though!!!
